HOW TO FUNDRAISE WITH US

Step One: Browse Our Inventory

We offer plant-based fundraising options perfect for each season, like spring varieties, all locally grown and high-quality. We try our best to have a variety of colors available. We reserve the right to substitute the nearest match we have to your order.

Step Two: Contact Us

Call, email, or fill out the form below to set up your fundraising order with us. We need your order 10 days before delivery. We will be as flexible as possible with adjusting your final numbers up until the day before your scheduled delivery. We can email an invoice when your final order is received.

Step Three: Receive Your Order

Once orders are ready, typically between April 15 - May 6, we can arrange free delivery for orders that meet the minimum quantity based on your location. We deliver to Middle and East TN, Central KY, and Northern AL and GA. We can accommodate limited deliveries May 8-14. Payment is expected upon delivery.

Delivery Charges: Our goal is to deliver your order at no cost whenever possible. Delivery charges are based on order size and distance. The minimum order for delivery is:

$600 within 100 miles of Pall Mall, TN
$1,000 within 200 miles of Pall Mall, TN

The minimum order for FREE delivery is:

$1,500 within 100 miles of Pall Mall, TN
$2,500 within 200 miles of Pall Mall, TN

Full truckload orders (typically $3,500 or more) qualify for free delivery within 250 miles of Pall Mall.

For smaller orders, we can combine deliveries with other customers in your area to fill a truck, eliminating delivery charges. This may require some flexibility regarding delivery days and times. Or, smaller orders may be picked up at our Valley Growers Garden Centers in Murfreesboro and Lebanon, TN to avoid delivery charges.

If your order meets the minimum based on mileage and doesn’t combine with other orders, delivery charges will not exceed 10% of your order.
